While fertility is complex and your journey will be different than your friend’s journey, there are SO many ways you can support your body. Have you addressed the things on this fertility checklist?
For your reproductive system to function well it is important to understand and restore any imbalances you or your spouse may have. Fortunately, our bodies are pretty awesome. Your overall health doesn’t have to be perfect– just well enough that it is confident it can support a child. You can support your hormones, ovaries, uterus, and sperm production as well as work to reduce inflammation and support a balanced immune system. ALL of these play a role in your ability to conceive a child.
It’s important to take a look at the overall health of each partner to encourage conception to happen naturally.
